A dynamic, vinyasa-inspired practice where breath and movement merge in creative flows. Strengthen your body, expand flexibility, and sharpen focus while connecting to inner strength and presence. Each class is unique, shaped by the teacher’s style and energy. Some prior yoga experience recommended.

Chill Flow

A gentle, movement-based practice with soft flows and mindful breath. Slower and more therapeutic than our stronger vinyasa classes, Chill Flow focuses on mobility, release, and nervous system support. What is Zenthai Shiatsu?

Zenthai Shiatsu is a dynamic, floor-based therapy that blends Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathy to restore the body’s natural flow of energy, blood, and vitality.

Rooted in Eastern and Western practices, it helps relieve tension, improve mobility, and support healing from pain, fatigue, and imbalance.
