At Immerse Yoga Studio, we welcome practitioners of all levels.
Our classes range from invigorating Vinyasa and grounding Hatha to slower, restorative practices like Chill Flow and Yin. We also offer personalised private sessions with our experienced teachers.
Beginners can build a safe and confident foundation, while experienced practitioners have the space to deepen both their physical practice and inner awareness.
Breathwork and meditation sit at the heart of what we teach. Through Pranayama and guided meditation, students develop tools to cultivate calm, clarity and emotional balance.
