IMMERSE CHILL FLOW

Experience our IMMERSE CHILL FLOW, a gentle, movement-based practice that blends soft, flowing sequences with mindful breath. Unlike our stronger Vinyasa flows, Chill Flow is slower and more therapeutic, focusing on mobility, release and nervous system support rather than intensity. Each class offers a unique experience, shaped by the teacher’s style and energy. Accessible to all levels, it offers an easeful way to move, ground, and restore balance in both body and mind.

IMMERSE YIN YOGA

IMMERSE YIN YOGA is a slow, meditative practice using long-held floor postures to gently stress the fascia and connective tissues. This helps release tension, rehydrate and reorganise the body’s deeper layers, improving flexibility, mobility and overall well-being. At the same time, meridian lines are stimulated, enhancing energy flow and restoring balance to both body and mind. Suitable for everyone!

In this mindful breathing and meditation-only session, we extend a warm invitation to embark on a journey inward.

Begin by settling into a comfortable seated posture as we gently guide you through breathing and meditation techniques drawn from ancient yogic wisdom. Through mindful breathing and meditation, you’ll be guided towards a state of inner tranquility, allowing you to quiet the chatter of the mind and discover the profound stillness that resides within you.

Immerse HATHA YOGA

Join us for our well-balanced IMMERSE Hatha Yoga class, where we spend more time in each posture. This class allows more time for alignment and adjustments which cultivates a deeper understanding of the practice. 

A steady, grounding practice inspired by the roots of traditional Hatha Yoga with space for subtle variations and mindful exploration. This class focuses on posture, breath and alignment to build strength, stability, focus and inner balance, while encouraging curiosity and adaptability in your practice. Awaken your morning with pranayama and kriya practices that purify the body, energise the mind and harmonise the nervous system. IMMERSE mindful breathing

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or constantly switched on, you’re not alone. Many people are living in a near-permanent state of stress without realising how much it’s affecting their nervous system.

Mindful breathing is a gentle, grounding practice that helps calm the body and steady the mind by supporting the nervous system to move out of fight-or-flight and back into a sense of safety. This is not a breathwork class that involves forced breathing or hyperventilation. Everything is slow, steady and supportive, and you are always in control.

The practices taught in this class are simple and accessible, designed to help ease anxiety, quiet the mind and create more balance in daily life. No experience is needed, and there is nothing to fix or get right. You come exactly as you are.

Mindful breathing is Mark’s most important daily practice and has supported him through challenging periods in his own life. His teaching is calm, trauma-aware and deeply attentive, with a natural ability to respond to individual needs and create a space that feels safe and welcoming.
