IMMERSE YIN YOGA is all about devotion and letting go. Inner peace, deep relaxation and regeneration are promoted through this practice.
Postures are held for several minutes without muscle tension.
On a physical level, deeper layers of connective tissue are addressed and adhesions in the fascial tissue can be loosened, muscular tension relieved and freedom of movement is increased.
On the energetic level, the deep stretching stimulates energy channels (meridians) in the body. This practice is suitable for all levels and perfect for you if you want to slow down and refuel yourself.
