TINA

Tina’s yoga teacher journey began with her first teacher training in Ashtanga / Vinyasa Yoga in India, initially for personal growth.

However, her passion for the practice quickly led her into teaching, a path she hasn’t strayed from since. Alongside her foundation in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga, she expanded her expertise with additional training in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, advanced Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Meditation, Kids Yoga, and holds a certification as an Ayurveda Health Counsellor and is a ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist.

Over the years, she has been teaching Yoga almost daily, leading retreats, various workshops, as well as teaching kids in dance and yoga.

She never stopped learning and discovering the true meaning of life, which is for her to live in alignment with who you are and bring that special gift to the world.

Always open and curious about everything related to yoga, the last year has seen her personal practice shift more and more towards the ancient yogic practices of Pranayama and meditation, and a deeper exploration of the wisdom of yoga philosophy. In her belief, this is where the main potential lies for lasting change and inner peace.

By always remembering the importance of finding stillness within and the true yoga that lies within that, she loves to teach and practice creative flows to bring their students into a state where they can shift away from thinking to being. Meditation and breathing exercises are always part of her classes.

JETTA

Jetta first discovered yoga in 2008 while seeking a way to balance the demands of corporate life. Drawn to the transformative practice of Ashtanga yoga, she immersed herself in its depths. After experiencing career burnout, she decided to embark on a new journey abroad, inspired to share the healing benefits of yoga that had profoundly impacted her life.

In 2013, Jetta completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training in Dharamshala, India, with a focus on Vinyasa, traditional Hatha/Sivananda yoga, pranayama, meditation, and the study of the sutras.

Over the past decade, she has taught in Australia and travelled to Europe and India for intensive yoga courses, continually deepening her connection to the art of yoga, particularly Ashtanga.

Jetta has built on her traditional teaching to bring creativity and innovation to her classes, making them accessible and fun for all levels. With a passion for helping others find balance and healing through yoga, Jetta is dedicated to guiding her students on their own transformative journeys.

ILINA

Ilina first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2014 and has deeply connected to the practice ever since. Seeking a deeper connection with herself and like-minded yogis, Ilina completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Bali.

This transformative experience not only taught her how to be a teacher but also deepened her understanding of being a lifelong student of life.

Ilina loves guiding yoga in an intuitive way, making it accessible and welcoming to everyone. With a light-hearted approach, she enjoys sharing laughter in her classes, encouraging students to explore and play with their practice without taking themselves too seriously.

For Ilina, yoga is a practice of flexibility in body & mind. She believes in the strength found in being fluid with life and the authenticity in gentle surrender.

Ilina is always learning and growing, finding joy in reading widely, dancing, adventuring in nature, and forging deep connections with others. Excited to continue her journey, she looks forward to further training in Yin and Children’s Yoga. She can’t wait to see your smiling faces in class!
