Each workshop offers a focused experience, guided by experienced teachers in a supportive, small-group setting.

Myofascial Release & Yoga Nidra

A 2.5-hour session combining deep physical release with guided rest.

Led by Mark, you’ll explore myofascial release and acupressure techniques to ease tension, improve mobility, and support energy flow. The session then transitions into Yoga Nidra with Tina, a deeply restorative practice that calms the nervous system and supports full-body reset.

Breath of Balance — Hatha & Pranayama Journey

Step into a deeper level of practice with this focused Hatha and Pranayama session.

Over 2.5 hours, you’ll move through mindful sequences to build strength, flexibility, and alignment, alongside guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and sharpen focus. The session closes with an extended Savasana, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the practice.

Designed for those wanting to go beyond a standard class and reconnect with breath, movement, and presence.

Inversions & Arm Balances for Everyone

Saturday, 11 April · 2:30 – 4:30pm

A supportive, technique-led workshop exploring the foundations of inversions and arm balances.

You’ll learn how to safely approach poses such as Headstand and Crow, with a focus on alignment, preparation, and building confidence. Guided by Mark & Tina, this session offers practical tools drawn from years of teaching and practice.

Open to all levels, whether you’re starting out or refining your existing skills.

Yin & Sound with Mia

Sunday, 19 April · 5:30 – 6:45pm

A deeply restorative experience combining Yin Yoga with live sound healing.

Guided by Tina and accompanied by Mia, this session uses long-held postures and immersive sound to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support energetic balance. Crystal bowls, voice, and instruments create a layered soundscape designed to quiet the mind and deepen relaxation.

An ideal space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong Immersion with Shaolin Master Yuan Jing

Sunday, 3 May · 10:00am – 12:30pm

An immersive introduction to the internal arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Led by Shaolin Master Yuan Jing, this workshop explores the connection between breath, movement, and awareness through slow, intentional practice. Drawing on traditional training, you’ll learn foundational techniques that support balance, strength, and inner stillness.

Open to all levels, offering both practical skill and a deeper understanding of mindful movement.
