Each workshop offers a focused experience, guided by experienced teachers in a supportive, small-group setting.
Saturday, 4 July · 2:30pm – 5:00pm
A 2.5-hour session combining deep physical release with guided rest.
Led by Mark, you’ll explore myofascial release and acupressure techniques to ease tension, improve mobility, and support energy flow. The session then transitions into Yoga Nidra with Tina, a deeply restorative practice that calms the nervous system and supports full-body reset.

Universal Yoga is a balanced and intelligent practice rooted in the timeless principles of authentic Yoga.
This class weaves together postures (asana) and vinyasa in multidimensional space, breathwork (pranayama), yantra (visualisation), and focused awareness into one integrated and immersive experience. Through creative mandala and crossmat sequencing, the practice expands beyond linear movement—inviting exploration, coordination, and a deeper connection between body, breath, and mind. Each element is thoughtfully layered to support both physical vitality and inner clarity.
The intention of this practice is to guide you toward stillness of mind, cultivating balance, presence, and ultimately opening the pathway toward deeper states of awareness, including samadhi.

Join us for a special evening of healing, connection, and nourishment at IMMERSE Yoga Studio.
Experience a deeply restorative 60-minute ZenThai Shiatsu treatment with one of our experienced therapists, while sharing the powerful collective energy of a small group receiving treatments together in a beautiful temple-like setting.
Following the treatments, participants will be guided through a soothing Nepalese sound healing experience, creating space for deep relaxation and integration.
The evening will conclude with a nourishing homemade soup, shared together in community.

An immersive introduction to the internal arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
Led by Shaolin Master Yuan Jing, this workshop explores the connection between breath, movement, and awareness through slow, intentional practice. Drawing on traditional training, you’ll learn foundational techniques that support balance, strength, and inner stillness.
Open to all levels, offering both practical skill and a deeper understanding of mindful movement.
